The consultation will pinpoint what issues need to be focused on first. This will allow us to focus on together building a solid wellness base and fine tune your nutrition as you progress. This may be through personalized nutrition education, meal plans, meal planning and prepping or a combination. The most important part is that you are involved directly in planning out your personal success plan!

Once we have chosen the best pathway for you together, being able to focus in on your most pressing matters first will have the greatest impact on your health and goals. As you progress in your plan, we will reassess and focus on targeting the next change that will support your overall success.

Your success will be further supported by integrating your personal background such as your culture, community and family into your plan.
